Broken or unkept appointments will be charged the full price of the session. 

APPOINTMENT BOOKING AND ARRIVAL TIME: You may email me through this website to book an appointment. Please arrive at your scheduled time, this will allow for maximum relaxation and treatment. Arriving late will result in a shorter treatment time for the session.

HEALTH UPDATES: Massage & Bodywork are provided as complimentary care. I ask that you update me with any changes to your health and medical conditions. Honest and clear communication regarding these matters are essential for working together.

CONFIDENTIALITY: All communication between client and therapist are strictly confidential. Client information will never be released to a third party without prior written notice.

ETHICS: I strictly adhere to Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals definition of Massage and Bodywork therapies. Behavior of a sexual nature will not be tolerated. Any implications, advances, or remarks will result in the immediate termination of the session and no further appointments will be allowed. Payment for the session will be expected.

INSURANCE:   I am an independent Licensed Massage Therapist and do not bill private insurance, Workmen's compensation or Medicare

PAYMENT:  Payment is expected at the time of the treatment. I accept cash and checks with valid driver's license.  There will be a $35.00 charge for any returned checks
